1. Acceptance
By using iGameBytes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
iGameBytes provides social, couples and group game experiences through a mobile-first website. Features, games and content may change as the service develops.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorized to use.
4. Free and Premium access
Free access is subject to the limits shown in the product. Premium access is granted after successful payment and verification. Premium features are intended for the account that purchased them and may not be transferred unless we expressly allow it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, scrape protected content, abuse payment systems, or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. User-created content
If features allow you to create game cards or other content, you are responsible for what you submit and must have the rights needed to use it. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative or infringing content.
7. Payments and cancellation
Prices and billing periods are displayed at checkout. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled according to the available cancellation flow; cancellation stops future recurring charges while access normally continues through the paid billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
8. 18+ content
Some games contain adult-oriented content and are restricted to adults. See the 18+ / Adult Content Notice. Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to them.
9. Intellectual property
The iGameBytes name, branding, software, design and original service content are owned by or licensed to iGameBytes unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, resell or redistribute protected materials without permission.
10. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, iGameBytes is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or service changes. Material updates will be posted on this page.
