1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how iGameBytes by Arjun Bairva (“iGameBytes”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our website and games.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process your email address, account information, authentication information, display name, game/session choices, subscription information and technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
3. Authentication
You may sign in using email/password or Google. Authentication is provided through Supabase Auth. Google authentication is subject to Google’s own privacy terms.
4. Payments
Paid subscriptions and purchases are processed through Razorpay. We do not intentionally store your full card, bank or other payment credentials on iGameBytes. Payment providers process payment information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
5. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide games, enforce Free/Premium access rules, process purchases, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and maintain and improve the service.
6. Cookies and similar technology
Authentication sessions and essential technical storage may be used to keep you signed in and make the service function correctly. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
7. Data sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate iGameBytes, including authentication, hosting, database, email and payment providers. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or to protect the security and rights of users and the service.
8. Data retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information and may ask questions about its processing. Some information may need to be retained where legally required or necessary for legitimate security and financial records.
10. Children
iGameBytes is not intended for children. The 18+ section is restricted to adults. Do not use the service if you are not legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
